Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, or using the Clubr mobile application and related services (collectively, the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Clubr, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
• DJ and Organizer accounts are subject to review and activation by Clubr at our discretion.

DJs and Organizers

• Create and manage events
• Create and manage VIP guest lists
• Approve or deny guest list requests
• Scan QR codes for event check-in
• View guest list analytics

You are responsible for the accuracy of event information and for managing guest lists fairly and responsibly.

Followers

• Discover and browse events
• Follow DJs and organizers
• Request access to VIP guest lists
• RSVP to events
• Post comments on DJ profiles

• VIP list access is at the sole discretion of the event organizer. Being on a list does not guarantee entry.
• QR codes are personal, non-transferable, and valid only for the specific event and guest they were issued to.
• Sharing, duplicating, or reselling QR codes is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
• Fraudulent use of QR codes may result in denial of entry and account termination.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant Clubr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display it in connection with the Service.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or harassing
• Is defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or invasive of privacy
• Infringes on any intellectual property rights
• Contains malware, spam, or phishing attempts
• Promotes illegal activities or substance abuse
• Impersonates any person or entity

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

• Using the Service for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Interfering with or disrupting the Service or connected networks
• Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers
• Creating multiple accounts for abusive purposes
• Selling or commercially exploiting any part of the Service without written consent
• Harassing, bullying, or intimidating other users

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Clubr and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Clubr is a platform connecting event organizers with attendees. We are not the organizer, host, or venue operator for any listed event. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of events. Organizers are solely responsible for compliance with applicable laws.

By enabling push notifications, you consent to receiving VIP list approvals, event reminders, and new event announcements. You may disable notifications at any time through your device settings.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for breach of these Terms. Upon termination your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clubr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Clubr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
